Questions
What happens when I use my free trial resumes?
Your profile, Career Record, and master resume stay exactly where you left them. You just won't be able to generate new tailored resumes until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
How does the Membership allowance work?
Your allowance arrives with each payment. On the monthly plan, each payment brings 8 tailored resumes, good for sixty days, and 20 career alignment scores, good until your next payment. Because resume credits last sixty days, you can briefly hold more than one month's worth. On the six-month plan, your payment brings the whole six months at once: 48 tailored resumes and 120 career alignment scores, good until the six months end. You're never left at zero while a renewal is going through. Your balance shows each allowance separately, with the last day it works. Resumes you buy in a pack never expire.
Can I upgrade or stop anytime?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect as soon as your payment goes through. You can end your membership anytime from Settings. It's one step, and there's no separate pause to find. You keep full access to the end of the period you paid for; after that, your account pauses. While paused, your Career Record and master resume stay, read-only; nothing new is released; and allowance you already hold keeps its expiry dates. Resumes you bought in a pack never expire, and you can still use them to build, score and download. Come back whenever you're ready. Time already paid for isn't refunded.
What's the difference between monthly and 6-month Membership?
It's the same Membership with the same features. Monthly brings 8 tailored resumes and 20 career alignment scores with each payment. The 6-month plan is $270 billed once, $60 less than month to month, and delivers all 48 resumes and 120 career alignment scores at purchase, good for the six months. It's the plan for a search where you'll apply to a lot of roles at once.
Is the Free Trial a limited version of the product?
No. It's the same engine, the same build station, the same scores, and the same disclosure. What differs is how many resumes and career alignment scores you get, and the cover letter advisor, which is Membership only. Everything else works the same way either way.
